It’s good quality and does switch from crossbody to backpack. Lots of room as well. When it arrives it’s kind of squished and wrinkled from the packaging. Doesn’t come with instructions on how to switch it from backpack to crossbody so it took me awhile to figure it out. Switching it is complicated too.
